Executive Presence
Cal For Dates: 212.924.8888
Executive Presence is a powerful advance in the teaching of authentic leadership and impact, blending the rigor of scientific inquiry with the experiential approach of the performing arts.
This unique blend of art and science allows you, as a participant in Executive Presence, to focus fully on your personal presence and how that exploration brings out the real leader in you.
Throughout the two-day program, you'll be immersed in an intensive experiential process.
Day one will focus on you, the individual - the substance of your distinct leadership style, authenticity and gravitas. You'll discover the answers to questions such as: Who are you as a leader? Where does your "story' intersect with the company's "story"? Are you truly aligned with your job? Are you using every aspect of yourself to fulfil your job?
Day two focuses on we, meaning how the individual executive forges greater cohesiveness, inspires creativity, and motivates his or her team to achieve higher performance; answering questions like: Are you making the impact you want to have as a leader? Are you clearly communicating your messages and is your staff aligned with them? Are you fostering collaboration among your team? You'll discover how you must be truly "present" with your audience, especially in times of ambiguity, uncertainty and pressure.
The benefits and immediate outcome of these two days include:
- An increased ability to establish your credibility, integrity and unique character rapidly and effectively.
- Focus on your unique personal presence and your ability to bring out your very best leadership characteristics.
- Develop clarity, consistency, and unity about your strategic messages.
- Practice developing and articulating your most important leadership messages through in-the-moment coaching.
- Elevate your presence and impact in key business and sales opportunities.
Bringing together science and art, the head and the heart, Executive Presence takes you to a place far from PowerPoint, techniques and tools to where you are truly "on stage". Designed for leaders at any organizational level, the program is limited to eight participants to ensure a truly transformative personal experience.
