Becoming a Coach at TAI:
All prospective coaches must take part in our coach training program. Upon acceptance into the training program, you will spend the next 12-18 months participating in weekly class sessions, observing senior coaches' work and assisting in workshops and other trainings. Once you graduate from the training you will apprentice with us, working under the supervision of more senior coaches and TAI partners. From there, you can qualify to be a full-fledged coach.
