Allen Schoer is one of the most innovative thinkers and teachers on leadership and creativity in the United States. He has appeared on Good Morning America to discuss the innovative techniques he employs as the "creativity coach" for business leaders, politicians and educators worldwide. He has been a keynote speaker for many international organizations, and he is currently writing a book, to be published by Random House, on the fostering of creativity and its application to effectiveness in the workplace.
Allen consults on a wide range of organizational development issues including culture change, corporate turnarounds and leadership. He provides strategic counsel to CEOs of top multinational corporations, politicians, senior executives and educators from leading international institutions.
An accomplished concert pianist, he presented a series of concerts in 1991 benefiting AIDS organizations in New York and Boston. He has directed, acted in, and/or staged fight scenes for Broadway, off-Broadway, and regional theatre.
Allen holds a Masters from Ohio University.

Gifford has spent the past 25 years guiding business leaders in leadership and personal effectiveness. Many of his engagements in the United States and Europe have focused on changing culture and creating effective teams in both large organizations and complex family businesses.
His creative energies and innovative approach often inspire clients to radical solutions. He creates customized workshops and programs that find solutions for companies in the midst of change.
Also an artist and performer, Gifford has written and directed musical revues produced in New York City, Boston, and Edinburgh, Scotland. He is also the founder and director of TAI Gallery in New York City.
Gifford studied at the University of Kansas.

Twila's educational and business consulting experience over the past 30 years encompasses a wide range of client engagements. She has worked with a diverse set of individuals, ranging from the CEO of one of the largest private companies in the US to senior military commanders, and has created ground-breaking programs for international charity and not-for-profit organizations, including work for NYU Stern School of Business, The Professional Performing Arts School in New York, The International Teachers Program and the Northeast Coalition of Educational Leaders.
She created Sources, an intensive workshop for adults with a family or personal history of addiction or abuse, which has run in New York, Toronto, Vancouver, London and Jerusalem. She also created numerous programs for The International Primal Association and the United Nations' Peace Quest, where she created and led a seminar for teenagers from Russia, Sweden and the United States. She also developed and led the AIDS Mastery, a pioneering support program for AIDS sufferers in the United States.
Twila has her bachelors degree from Grinnell College.
Before joining TAI in 2003, Graeme headed international public affairs, marketing and telecommunications organizations in Asia. His international business background includes Managing Director of Merit Communications/Burson Marsteller in South Korea, Head of Global Investor Relations and Public Affairs for Fortune 500 food company Goodman Fielder Ltd in Australia, and Director of Marketing for the Boston Consulting Group in Asia. He also headed strategy and business development for a Singapore-based telecommunications software company. Earlier, Graeme spent 10 years as a business and finance writer in New Zealand, the UK and the United States.
Educated in New Zealand, he has a degree in history, as well as qualifications in teaching and recreation and sport. He played professional cricket in New Zealand and England, and was part of the Yamaha project team which won the 1993-94 Whitbread Round the World Yacht Race. Currently living in the U.K., he is a trustee of the Cure Parkinson's Trust, a major U.K. charity, and is also director of U.K. based music and medical technology companies.

Diane is the Director of TAI's media performance division, TAI Media. She has written, directed and produced promotional and educational videos for a range of organizations.
Diane's direct and rigorous approach to scripting and rehearsal has helped many corporate clients develop and deliver their full presence and power for speeches and major forums.
Diane is the author of plays and video scripts including the libretto for the dramatic oratorio, The Way, Virtuosa, (a critically-acclaimed drama with music about the life of Clara Schumann), and book and lyrics for the contemporary musical, First Comes Love.
Diane graduated from Boston University.

Since joining TAI in 2000, Lindy has refined the links between business and performing arts and led initiatives to foster the cross-over between the business, theater and not-for-profit sectors. In recent years, her work has focused on the strategic implementation of culture change and high performance in organizations.
She has developed public interest-related initiatives at organizations including The Rockefeller Foundation, The Business Council for the United Nations, and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
Lindy's coaching work has been profiled in books and the columns of national magazines. An actor and dancer prior to joining TAI, her film and TV credits include the independent film Sunday Afternoon and the CBS special Choices.
Lindy is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University.

Ellen Rievman is an international coach with clients in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Denmark, Asia Pacific and the US. She works individually with top executives and CEO’s of global organizations helping them become more effective leaders and communicators.
Ellen has also created and delivered workshops dealing with the art of storytelling and handling skeptical audiences. Her passion to helping individuals find and articulate their unique messages and her dedication to her clients is evident in every encounter she has with them and the feedback she receives.
Prior to her work with corporate clients, Ellen spent twenty-four years as a member of the Metropolitan Opera where she performed in more than 100 productions alongside some of our generation’s greatest opera stars.

One of the most traveled coaches; Sandra has clients in the US, Asia Pacific, South America and throughout Europe.
She is the head of the Asia division and is an account director for several large-scale, key clients.
Prior to joining TAI, Sandra worked as marketing and corporate communications professional including 12 years as Director of Investor Relations at Patricof & Co. Ventures, now known as Apax Partners, a global private equity firm. Her theater training includes the British American Drama Academy, Michael Howard Studios, and a New York-based Master Class acting program.
Her business insights combined with her performing arts background enable her to guide and challenge clients to take risks and uncover new dimensions.

Recognized for his ability to help foster and grow his clients' leadership and communication capabilities. Sam's international client work includes leading Communicating with Power & Presence for a wide variety of TAI's international clients as well as lead coach for TAI modules as part of Executive MBA programs at top business schools.
In addition to leading group workshops, Sam coaches individuals in developing presence and building their leadership skills. He works with clients throughout the US, Europe, South America and Asia.
Sam is fluent and has delivered programs in both English and French.
His background is as a writer and composer. He trained at the London Academy of Arts and Music and has worked extensively as a theatre director in New York City.
