International Coach and Director of Programs

Abigail works with individuals and groups worldwide to help foster and grow their communications and leadership capabilities. Her international client work includes:

  • Individual clients from a variety of industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Strategy Consulting, Media and more on communications and leadership development.
  • Leads workshops on Executive Presence at IMD, the renowned business school in Lausanne, Switzerland.
  • Leads Communicating with Power and Presence and The Creative Dynamic, two of The TAI Group’s foundational programs throughout the US, Europe and Latin America.  
  • Created and delivers a program for individuals in career transitions, helping them craft their messages and present them in a powerful, authentic and impactful way.
  • Worked closely with featured speakers and the hosts on communication and presence as they prepared for the TEDxTelAviv conference.
  • Fluent in and has delivered programs in English, Spanish and Hebrew.

Abigail has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and worked as a strategy consultant for Bain and Company in Boston and New York. She also has a background in the performing arts. She wrote and directed for theater and film in Israel and the U.S.

Michael is an entertaining and dynamic coach, highly skilled in bringing out each individual's natural talent, creativity and vision. He works with an international roster of clients.

  • Delivers workshops at top educational institutions including IMD, the renowned business school in Lausanne, Switzerland, Skolkovo School of Management in Moscow and the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel.

Michael spent a decade directing, producing and acting on and off-Broadway. His work with individuals and groups has been featured in Fitness Magazine, The Coaching Show, WIBC Indianapolis and Coach TV in the United States, as well as The Jerusalem Post, Calcalist, Globes Business Journal and Channel 3 Weekend News in Israel.
