Who We Are
TAI's spacious headquarters in midtown Manhattan
ACT.
ISN'T THAT WHAT ANY BUSINESS WANTS ITS PEOPLE TO DO?
ACT CREATIVELY.
ACT DECISIVELY.
ACT IMPACTFULLY.
Which might explain why a company like ours with its roots in the performing arts has helped international companies and their leaders change the way they work.
TAI was founded as The Actors Institute in 1977 by a group of theater professionals including Hollywood producer Dan Fauci, current CEO Allen Schoer, and television and screen actor Ted Danson. Leading programs for actors and other dramatic arts performers from Los Angeles to London, we helped them renew their professional spirit and refocus their creative energies. The phenomenal success of this work quickly created a powerful demand among people beyond the theater. We are influenced by the art and science of coaching and creativity and have built upon this unique foundation to adapt our background to the specific needs of companies and individuals.
Today, TAI is an international teaching and consulting firm. We train CEOs and senior executives to become more visionary thinkers and more effective leaders. Our guiding process helps clients discover their true personal power and presence, allowing them to fully engage with others and with their work.
